Identify local needs and gaps for the creation of agricultural waste/forestry biomass value chains and identify the bottlenecks in Portugal 2. Propose standardized solutions to be adapted to the case/s identified in the previous session (i.e.: creation of a highly qualified regional/national Working Group embracing municipalities’ representatives) 3. Create a Position Paper (based on the identified needs/gaps and proposed solutions/activities): participants willing to participate in the interactive sessions, will be asked to share their email address with the projects. A temporary mailing list will be created and subsequently asked for the signing of the document. The higher expertise and critical mass of the signatories, the more effective aftermaths.
